Our Training Policy
To develop our workers' skills and knowledge we apply training policy so that they can meet the changing needs of the metal manufacturing sector and contribute to Keshvi Metal's dedication to excellence. We conduct it for all employees, regardless of position, and cover both technical and non-technical training relevant to their roles as well as industry trends in general. The training programme includes specialised courses on handling equipment, hazardous materials, and emergency procedures, along with a focus on production processes, material handling, quality control, and machinery operation. To keep improving the training process, we also collect employee input on training sessions.
Our Health and Safety Policy
To prevent and minimise the risks related to the manufacturing of metals, ensuring the safety and well-being of all workers, clients, and guests. The company's manufacturing floors, storage facilities, and administrative offices are all covered by this policy. In terms of safety, we have clear instructions for using equipment, managing materials, and responding to emergencies. In this policy, we cover safe machinery handling, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and first aid. As well as we review the policy and practises regularly, making any necessary revisions to deal with new challenges.
